Committees

Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ committees

Supporting credibility, scale, visibility, and sustainability as we grow toward 1,000+ women leaders globally by the end of 2026

The committees of the Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ (GWLA™) form the backbone of the Alliance’s governance, leadership development, and global impact. Each committee is purpose-driven and strategically designed to uphold professional standards, guide decision-making, and advance the Alliance’s mission of elevating women into leadership, influence, and authority across industries and regions. Together, they ensure that GWLA™ operates with integrity, transparency, and excellence—reflecting the caliber of the women leaders it serves.

Through these committees, GWLA™ creates structured pathways for leadership growth, recognition, visibility, global collaboration, and social impact. Committee members contribute expertise, insight, and stewardship in areas such as governance, membership development, leadership education, media and thought leadership, corporate partnerships, events, financial sustainability, ethics, and philanthropy. This committee structure allows the Alliance to scale responsibly, maintain consistency across global chapters, and deliver meaningful, long-term value to its members and partners—while building a respected leadership legacy worldwide.

About the Partnership

The Global Women-Owned Business Partnership Directory is a curated resource within the Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ (GWLA) designed to elevate, connect, and economically empower women-owned and women-led businesses worldwide.

This directory exists to ensure that leadership translates into opportunity.

It brings together women founders, executives, and entrepreneurs whose businesses meet professional, ethical, and leadership standards, and connects them with a global network that values intentional collaboration, credibility, and women supporting women through real economic engagement.

This is not a public marketplace and not a volume-based listing platform.
It is a leadership-aligned directory, built on trust, visibility, and shared values.

Why This Directory Matters

Women in leadership influence decisions.
Women-owned businesses create economic impact.

This directory bridges the two — making it easier for leaders, organizations, and fellow members to identify, engage, and support women-owned businesses with confidence.

By listing in the directory, businesses are positioned not only as service providers, but as contributors to a global women-led economy.
